Programs
I help health systems, residency programs, and physician groups stand up POCUS programs that actually work — and keep working after I leave.
Through The POCUS Preceptor, my training and program design practice, I've worked with emergency departments, residency programs, and community hospitals across the country on the operational infrastructure that makes routine POCUS use sustainable: not just clinician education, but the credentialing, QA, workflow, and billing pieces that determine whether a program survives its first year.
What I do
Program design and implementation Building or rebuilding a POCUS program from the ground up — device selection, credentialing pathways, QA workflows, documentation templates, billing capture, and faculty development. Engagements are typically scoped over three to six months for activation, with optional ongoing QA partnership thereafter.
Faculty and clinician training Bedside ultrasound training for emergency physicians, hospitalists, primary care clinicians, and residency faculty. Delivered on-site or in hybrid format, tailored to the institution's actual clinical workflow rather than a generic curriculum.
Quality assurance partnerships Ongoing image review and feedback, structured QA reporting, and credentialing maintenance for programs that need a sustainable QA infrastructure without building it internally.
Who I work with
Community emergency departments. Family medicine and internal medicine residency programs. Hospitalist services. PE-backed and multi-site physician groups. Critical access hospitals and rural systems.

Testimonials
"Jordan came right to our clinic to teach us as new POCUS users ... He taught us so much in a single full day session not only as an expert but also as a good teacher showing us normals on our human model and abnormals while having us practice recall by quizzing us to make sure as much information stuck as possible. It’s hard to think there could have been a better more efficient educational experience” already recommended them to others.”
- Jonathan Gott Catholic Medical Center Staff Manchester NH“The POCUS Preceptor training course exceeded my expectations. Jordan was very knowledgeable, engaging, and a provided hands-on experience that enhanced everyone's skills. The course curriculum was well-structured, covering a wide range of practical applications. I highly recommend Jordan and his team to any healthcare professional looking to advance their ultrasound proficiency.”
- Jodi Galesi, DNP RN APN Director, APN Fellowship Program Manager Atlantic Health System - Morristown
“He came to my office and trained a couple coworkers and I over the course of the day. He is very knowledgeable, patient and a great teacher. We went from very crude pocus knowledge to being able to confidently use the machine and identify pathology in one day. Highly recommend his services to every primary care physician looking to implement pocus into their clinic.”
- Dr. Lindsey Lewis, MD. Program Director - Family Medicine HCA Florida
“First Class POCUS Training” … "[they] did a fantastic job. They were a pleasure to work with and their teaching was top notch. They presented the material at a level that my partners and I (who are all POCUS novices) could understand. Would definitely recommend them and POCUS Preceptor to any docs interested in learning about POCUS."
